What to Expect

Coaching is perfect if you are be ready to dive in and make positive change!  We focus on your agenda and your needs.You can expect Esther to be 100% committed to your success. Coaching is a professional partnership based on trust.  As a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.  That includes, among other things, a strict commitment to confidentiality in my work with coaching clients. 

How We Work

Coaching sessions can take place via phone, online and/or in person if you are in the Hong Kong vicinity.  In your first session (90 minutes), we will create a customized plan to reach your goals.  Subsequent sessions (60 minutes) are held regularly (2-4 times a month) in order to tackle obstacles and establish sustainable healthy practices and growth. Usually clients like one session a week initially to kick-start their development and then fewer and fewer as they reach their goal.
